Mobile FeetInvest, Invite, InspireEvery four or five weeks, Lanternites get out of their pews on a Sunday morning to invest in the community. And we invite you to join us. It is our sincere wish to both inspire and be inspired by the culture surrounding us. So on the first Sunday of every month, the Lantern heads out into our community to “do church”. Why?Because God mandated not only sincere worship & reflection, but also humble service. Meet at The Lantern at 10:00 am, and then head out to your chosen project with your team. At noon, we’ll meet back at the church for lunch, and for an opportunity to share about our day’s experiences. We have created a small promotional video to explain what Mobile Feet is:

| Service Project | Description |
| Calgary Drop-in Centre | Go to the Calgary Drop-in Centre to help with tasks as needed such as cleaning, serving, & sorting. |
| Mustard Seed | Go to the Mustard Seed to help with tasks as needed such as cleaning, serving, & sorting. |
| Servant’s Anonymous | Helping folks in the neighbourhood with tasks that they are unable to do themselves. Yard cleanup, moving furniture, etc. |
| Salvation Army | Go to the Salvation Army Drop in Centre to help with tasks as needed such as cleaning, serving, & sorting. |
| Inglewood Affordable Housing Units | Helping folks in the affordable housing Units get a feel of community through barbeques, cleaning up around the units, building picnic tables , etc. |
| Sheriff King Home | Helping the home sort through clothing and other necessary items for the women who come abusive situations. (a police record check will be needed prior to helping). |
| Inglewood Home | Interacting with seniors. Reading to them, talking, etc. |
| Inglewood Home for the Brain Injured | Folks from a home for those who have suffered a brain injury come to the church for activities. |
| Inglewood Garden Path | Clean up in and around the Inglewood Community Garden. |
| Children’s Zone | Assisting with activities for the older kids. |
| Nursery Zone | Baby sitting the under three crowd |
| Kitchen Detail (for lunch) | Getting lunch ready for the folks participating in the service projects. |
